Montrose Agency International Ltd was established in 1980 by Linda Taylor who, after enduring unsatisfactory service from so many Nanny Agencies in London , coupled with the experience of being a "working mum" decided there was a gap in the market for a nanny agency that really cared. What developed from there is history and the nanny agency has grown from strength to strength.

In 1995 she was joined by Barbra Mammon in order to expand the Nanny / Mothers help / Housekeeper division of the company.
